Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! We have a couple options to choose from:
35% deposit + 35% midway + 30% completion
50% deposit + 50% completion (most common)
If you’d like to split payments up a different way, let us know! We are happy to accommodate.
Can I customize my package?
Yes. While we have constructed our packages to include the essentials, we understand that you might have some specific needs. Let us know as soon as possible what you have in mind and we will create a custom quote for you. For custom projects we recommend reaching out as far in advance as possible.
How do I secure my booking?
To secure your slot, once your project has been approved, we will send over a deposit invoice and your contract. No work will commence until the deposit is paid.
We get busy in waves, so we recommend reaching out at least 3 months before any hard deadline to accommodate the project timeline and in case we have a waitlist.
You can always book in advance to be safe, but rushed projects are subject to a rush fee of 30%.
What should I have prepared when inquiring?
You should have a strong idea of where your business is heading and an idea of the kinds of assets you’re needing. We also suggest that you look through our service menu to make sure that you let us know if there are any additional services you want to add to your base package.
What are the client responsibilities?
We trust that you:
You have a solid grasp on the project goals, specs, and vision so that we can understand your needs fully and therefore create solutions that meet them.
You have the availability to be a responsive, active collaborator throughout the project. We have a high respect for everyone’s time and will not be spamming you with messages or reaching out beyond office hours. But, we do expect you to respond or give feedback within the timeline agreed upon.
